Emmanuel Christopher Samwel - Executive Director
Emmanuel is a graduate from the African Leadership Academy ( ALA), a Pan - African educational institution in South Africa. At ALA, Emmanuel studied entrepreneurship, African studies as well as other scientific and humanistic subjects. His passion for Africa became evident as early as middle school when he volunteered to teach in an underprivileged local primary school. Besides focusing on academics, Emmanuel is also a musician. He self - taught many musical instruments as well as music production. He has received many recognitions from Orkeeswa secondary school such as Excellence in arts and music as well as academic excellence. He has served in various leadership roles at both the African Leadership Academy and his former high school - Orkeeswa Secondary School. He is currently working on projects that will improve the educational and entrepreneurial spheres of the African continent.
Siphosenkosi D Dube - Programs Director
Siphosenkosi D Dube is a graduate from Empandeni Girls High School, a missionary school in Zimbabwe, Plumtree. At Empandeni Girls High School, Siphosenkosi studied science subjects. She received awards for her outstanding work in academics and leadership duties from Empandeni Girls High School and Manama High School. She has also received recognition from Matabeleland South province for excellence in debate and Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). Siphosenkosi started showing her desire to change the lives of people living in the most remote parts of Africa as early as a primary school when she was the leader of the Student Representative Committee (SRC), a committee of students that addressed problems faced by other students in her community and by taking part in community development projects. She is currently joining hands and working with other people who share the same vision as hers towards the development of the entrepreneurship and education sectors in the most remote parts of Africa.
Solomon Elias Laizer - Financial Director
Solomon is a graduate of Orkeeswa School in Arusha-Tanzania. As a science-oriented student, Solomon studied physics, mathematics, chemistry, Biology and General Studies at Orkeeswa School. He started following his passion for changing the continent for better when he volunteered as a music facilitator at Orkeeswa School. Since then, he has done numerous projects that impacted many and inspired the young generation to pursue their dreams. As a multi-talented individual, Solomon has received many recognitions including the best student in Arts and Music at Orkeeswa School. Solomon is now studying Finance Management at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Tanzania. He is actively working towards understanding and addressing economic challenges on the African continent. Both Solomon and Emmanuel attended Orkeeswa School in Monduli, Tanzania.
Martin Joseph Lubowa- Public Relations Director
Martin is a graduate of the African Leadership Academy(ALA), a world-class Pan-African institution in South Africa where he pursued studies in Entrepreneurial Leadership and African Studies. He has received recognition from the Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) Kampala West branch and Mengo Senior School for his excellency in leadership. Before starting school at ALA, he volunteered as standard First Aider with the URCS Kampala west branch, assisting with ambulance work, youth project management, and disease dissemination campaigns. After 7 years of working with URCS, Martin is currently working on new projects to revamp Africa’s health care systems by encouraging youth involvement in scientific research and technological innovation.
